Okay I am not exactly sure what is the cause, however I have been informed AND looked for myself and MSNBC has the delegate count at 838 Obama 834 Clinton while CNN has 811 Clinton 720 Obama. I can only guess that a percentage of West coast votes are still being tallied OR the contest was so close that there are recounts in progress (maybe both)...
